You can cut these out and give to your members. It provides  another example
of how the union helps them at their job.
If management is asking you questions and you want a steward, read this to them and don't answer questions until a union rep arrives:
 
"If this discussion could in any way lead to my being disciplined or fired or affect my personal working conditions, I respectfully request that my union steward, officer or representative be present. Until my representation arrives, I choose not to participate in this discussion."
