English for Speakers of Other Languages28 members of UNITE HERE Local 1999 (Marshalls d.c., Woburn, MA) graduated on Tuesday, November 26 2004 from the second session of English for Speakers of Other Languages.The program is sponsored by Marshalls management, the UNITE HERE Joint Board, the Massachusetts AFL-CIO and the Massachusetts Division of Employment and Training.
